• ►Choose search particulars from the drop-down menu

• ►When the item you want is displayed and it is "Available", please call the library
• Placing an online request for an available item is not the most efficient or fastest way to obtain materials.

• ►When the item you want is displayed and it is "Checked out", click on "Request Item"
• ►Verify the pick-up location and notification method
• ►Click on SUBMIT
• ►Wait for message that the "REQUEST WAS SUCCESSFULLY PLACED"
• If the request is not successfully placed, then call the Killingly library.
